When a buyer enquires through a project page, the enquiry can reach your sales team's inbox and dashboard with the buyer's market and budget attached. We never resell developer leads.
Developers apply with their company details, and our team reviews each application. Each unit goes live only after the free ID check and proof for that property; a development page itself is not held back for review yet. We don't currently confirm registrations with a regulator or Companies House, so buyers should check those directly.
